REGISTRATION AND TUITION INFORMATION
Monthly tuition payments are either any “automatic withdrawal” from your checking/savings account using our secure system, or a monthly billing of your personal credit card as indicated on the Payment Preference Form. Annual tuition payments are still accepted as indicated on the form.
Any class changes after the first week of classes need to be noted on the “drop/add” form which includes the instructor’s signature as well as an authorized guardian signature. This will help us ensure that we have accurate records for class and lesson enrollment as well as accounting.
Registration forms must be completed prior to the beginning of movement classes and instrumental/vocal lessons. A non-refundable registration fee of $25 per student per year for annual classes or $10 per student per short-term class must accompany your registration. Students register for the entire year: 28 weeks of movement classes or instrumental or voice lessons or use a movement class card. Students are accepted for enrollment through January 31, 2014.
Rates are based on 28 weeks of class with classes beginning the week of September 3, 2013, and ending with the recital on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Classes will be suspended for the winter holidays beginning November 26, 2013 and resume the week of January 6, 2014. Tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of the term, or in monthly installments. Payments are divided into seven equal monthly payments, from September through April, NOT INCLUDING DECEMBER. Your monthly payment will be calculated individually. Prorated classes will be based on $5.00-$13.00 per class for dance and tumbling classes, $22 per private instrumental and voice lesson. A price reduction is given to those choosing the one time “annual payment,” which is due before the first class.
Registration Fee: $25 per student (must accompany registration and medical release forms). Please note that all accounts must be paid in full PRIOR to the Annual Recital in order for a student to participate in the Annual Recital.

NOTE: Discounts do not apply to private lessons.
All annual payments must be paid along with the registration fee prior to the first class attended by the student. For students taking two or more classes, the annual class fee will be applied to the highest priced class, and all other classes will be discounted 25% off of the regular yearly tuition rate.
Multiple Family/Multiple Class and Senior Discount
Families with multiple dependents enrolling in classes/ lessons will receive a 25% discount on tuition after the first class. Individuals enrolling in more than one class are also eligible for a 25% tuition discount after the first class. Discounts are applied to class(es) with lower monetary value. Students 65 years and older will receive a 25% discount on all tuition.
For annual movement classes, we have “family” options:
* adding $10 per month for every class that is added
* 9 movement classes for $220 per month ($1,540 per year)
* 8 movement classes for $210 per month ($1,470 per year)
* 7 movement classes for $200 per month ($1,400 per year)
Any combination of family members may enroll in the classes, up to the maximum. Classes include all movement classes (dance, tumbling, etc.). Because these special offers are heavily discounted, private lessons are not included and multiple family/class discounts do not apply.
METHOD OF PAYMENT -- please complete the Payment Preference Form
Payment by check or money order is accepted only if the class/lesson is paid in full at the beginning of the term/year. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Charisma Centre for the Arts. The student’s name and the period for which the payment is intended must also appear on the check. Annual payments may also be submitted by credit card on our secure system.
Payments should NOT be given to instructors or placed under the door of the office. A mail slot labeled Charisma Centre for the Arts is available for your convenience in the door of the office. Payments may be mailed to:

We no longer accept monthly payments by check or cash. This eliminates the need for monthly statements to be issued and streamlines our bookkeeping process. It is required of all students enrolling in our program. Students receive information in the mail that explains this in more detail, along with necessary forms to complete.
NSF Accounts or Returned Checks
NSF accounts for automatic withdrawal, or credit cards that refuse payment, will be charged a $25 fee and students will not be allowed to return to class until their account is current.
Students who desire to withdraw must comply with the withdrawal procedures detailed below. Any tuition refund due will be calculated at the prorated rates as published under the Tuition Schedule. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Students desiring to withdraw from class/lessons need to complete a CCA Add/Drop form (also available in the CCA office). A personal note, email or letter will not be acceptable. Charisma Centre for the Arts reserves the right to determine the actual date of withdrawal and the amount owed for classes attended.
